Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT) and the HMS Department of Information Technology are upgrading the security system for the HMS Apex Portal.

On Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM EST, the HMS Apex Portal will be unavailable while we migrate to the Okta authentication system.

After this update, when you navigate to the HMS Apex Portal, you will no longer see this screen. Instead, you will be automatically redirected to the Okta authentication screen, where you will enter your HarvardKey credentials to access the portal.
